Why do some items show as "Pre-Order"?
A: To ensure the highest level of craftsmanship, many of our complex pieces are crafted to order. Pre-orders typically require 3 to 4 weeks for production. This allows our artisans the time required to perfect every setting and polish.
Is shipping insured?
A: Yes, fully. Every J'ENCHANTE package is fully insured during transit and requires a signature upon delivery. We use discreet packaging to ensure safety.
What if I need a ring resize?
A: We want your fit to be perfect. We offer one complimentary resizing within the first 60 days of purchase for all solitaire rings.
What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 14-day return window for unworn items in their original packaging. Please note: Custom-engraved items or bespoke orders may be final sale.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
