Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days from the date your order is delivered (based on the carrier’s “delivered” status) to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn/unused, free of any signs of wear, scratches, or damage, and in a resalable condition. You must include all original packaging and any accompanying items (including, where applicable, the jewelry box, pouch, certificates/cards, booklets, and complimentary gifts). You’ll also need your order number and proof of purchase.


How to Start a Return
To start a return, please contact us at jenchante@monthautgroup.com with your order number and (optionally) the reason for return.
Returns must be authorized before shipping. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Shipping Costs:Return shipping is on us. No shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.If we provide a return label, it is generally valid only from the country/region where the order was originally delivered, due to customs and duties regulations. We may be unable to process returns shipped from a different country/region.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Engraved, embossed, personalized, special order, or made-to-order items cannot be returned.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
