We meticulously source high-quality lab-grown diamonds, collaborating with internationally renowned diamond cutters to ensure exceptional brilliance, integrity, and sustainability. These ethically crafted gems form the heart of your custom creation.

One-on-One Consultation

Through a personalized consultation, we will learn about:

  • Your inspiration and personal story.
  • Your style preferences and wearing occasions.
  • Your budget and preferred materials.
  • Your preferences for diamond size, quality, and setting structure.

At this stage, we conduct an initial design feasibility assessment and collect a HKD 3,000 basic deposit.
Service Structure & Quotation

Service fees are determined by the main diamond carat weight and the total number of diamonds used in the design.

  • Level 1:Main Stone ≤ 2ct and Total Diamonds ≤ 10 pcs,Service Fee: HKD 3,000.
  • Level 2:Main Stone 2–5ct and Total Diamonds ≤ 20 pcs,Service Fee: HKD 6,000.
  • Level 3:Main Stone > 5ct or Total Diamonds > 20 pcs,Service Fee: HKD 9,000.
  • Haute Bespoke:Designed for highly personalized, structurally complex, or non-standard creations.Each piece is crafted entirely to the client’s vision.Service fees will be assessed and quoted based on design complexity.

The service fee includes:

  • Bespoke design drawings.
  • Comfort-fit and proportion adjustments.
  • Structural and setting optimization.
  • Material and craftsmanship recommendations.
  • Design feasibility evaluation.
  • Full-process consultation with our professional team.
Design Development

After the initial deposit, a bespoke design proposal will be presented.

Upon receipt of the design proposal, the remaining service fee balance is required. Once settled, you will be entitled to:

  • Two complimentary rounds of design revisions.
  • Detailed refinement of proportions, thickness, and setting stability.

If, after two rounds of discussion, you choose to discontinue the bespoke process:

  • The service fee will be non-refundable.
  • A brand voucher of equal value will be issued,redeemable toward any J’ENCHANTE ready-to-wear jewelry piece.
Production Approval

Once the design is finalized, 100% of the product manufacturing cost is required.

Upon payment, your piece will be officially scheduled for production.
Delivery & Completion

Your bespoke piece will be handcrafted by our experienced master artisans, with each step meeting J'ENCHANTE’s craftsmanship standards that exceed industry benchmarks.

Production & Delivery Timeline:

  • Simple designs: approximately 4–6 weeks.
  • Final delivery time may vary depending on design complexity.

Once completed and approved through rigorous quality inspection, shipment will be arranged.

Every bespoke creation includes:

  • IGI Certification.
  • Exclusive bespoke packaging.
  • Brand story card.
