Confirm the Scope

We’ll confirm the service level, estimated timeline, and initial design direction. A HKD 3,000 initial service fee is required before design development begins.

Review & Refine

We’ll present sketches or digital visuals and refine the design with you. Up to two rounds of revisions are included within the confirmed project scope.

Approve & Create

After final approval and payment of the production quotation, your piece enters production. It is then inspected for setting, finish and comfort before being packaged and prepared for delivery.
  • The initial HKD 3,000 payment forms part of the total bespoke service fee and is credited toward the applicable service level.
  • Production timelines are confirmed after final design approval and may vary according to design complexity.

Bespoke Service Fees

The bespoke service fee covers the professional design and development of your piece. An initial payment of HKD 3,000 is required before design begins and is credited in full toward the applicable service level.
The remaining service fee balance, if any, is payable after the initial design proposal is presented. Diamonds, gold, manufacturing, delivery, duties, and taxes are quoted separately.

Level 1 — HKD 3,000
Center stone up to 2.00ct and up to 10 diamonds in the design.

Level 2 — HKD 6,000
Projects exceeding Level 1, with a center stone up to 5.00ct and up to 20 diamonds in the design.

Level 3 — HKD 9,000
Center stone above 5.00ct or more than 20 diamonds in the design.

Haute Bespoke — Individually Quoted
For highly complex, technically demanding, or non-standard creations.

The applicable level is determined by the highest relevant factor, including stone size, number of diamonds, structural complexity, and design requirements.

Questions About Your Bespoke Piece
Can I make changes to my bespoke design?

Yes. Up to two rounds of revisions are included within the confirmed project scope. Changes requested after final approval, or changes that substantially alter the original direction, may require an additional service fee, a revised timeline, or may no longer be possible.
What happens if I decide not to proceed with production?

The bespoke service fee is non-refundable once design work has begun. After the included design process is completed, clients who decide not to proceed with production will receive a J'ENCHANTE voucher equal to the service fee paid, subject to the applicable voucher terms.
What can I personalize in a bespoke jewelry design?

You may personalize the jewelry type, diamond shape, carat weight, color, clarity, cut, arrangement, 18K gold color, setting style, dimensions, sizing, engraving, and other meaningful details, subject to technical feasibility and material availability.
How is my bespoke jewelry crafted and quality checked?

After final approval, skilled craftspeople create your piece in solid 18K gold using the confirmed lab-grown diamonds and specifications. Before delivery, it is inspected for setting security, dimensions, metal finish, comfort, and overall appearance.
