Why do you use 18K gold exclusively instead of 14K?
A: We believe luxury should never be diluted. 18K gold is 75% pure gold (compared to only 58.5% in 14K), giving our jewelry a richer, warmer color that lower karats cannot replicate. It is the global standard for high jewelry, offering the perfect balance of purity and heirloom durability.
Why does J'ENCHANTE jewelry feel heavier than other brands?
A: We refuse to compromise on substance. While many brands hollow out their rings to cut costs as gold prices rise, we craft our pieces in solid 18K gold with an "Ideal Weight". This ensures the jewelry feels substantial, luxurious, and comfortable—never tinny or cheap.
How can I be sure of the authenticity of my diamond?
A: We put our name on our promise. Every J'ENCHANTE solitaire diamond of 1.00 carat and larger features a microscopic laser inscription of our brand name, "J'ENCHANTE," on the girdle of the stone. This invisible signature is your permanent guarantee that the stone has met our rigorous standards.
Do your diamonds come with a certificate?
A: Yes. All solitaire rings and jewelry featuring a center stone of 1.00 carat or larger are accompanied by an official IGI (International Gemological Institute) report detailing the cut, color, clarity, and carat weight.
What about diamonds smaller than 1.00 carat?
A: For pieces with stones under 1.00 carat (such as our pavé designs, MOD charms, or smaller DEW drops), we adhere to the same strict internal grading standards. We select only diamonds that match our high requirement for brilliance and whiteness to ensure they sparkle just as brightly as our larger stones.
I have sensitive skin. Is 18K gold better for me?
A: Yes. Because 18K gold has a much higher percentage of pure gold, it contains fewer alloy metals (like nickel or copper) than 14K or 10K gold. This makes J'ENCHANTE jewelry hypoallergenic and much gentler on sensitive skin, reducing the risk of irritation.
